Beowulf and Grendel Essay Example for Free
Beowulf and Grendel EssayThe animation used for the movie, Beowulf was simply superb. I impression the characters were human but after a while, I noticed that they move quite differently so I learned that it was actually a proceeding captured film, like the ones used in Polar Express and Monster House. The effects were good, and the characters really looked like the actors who played them. Its amazing what technology can do these days. As for the story, I judge some scenes are really violent and brutal. Like the part when Grendel, the monster, tore the head of one of the soldiers and ate it, it was disgusting. Some separate were also rated PG. ut overall, I think the plot was good. The character of Beowulf was very brave and courageous. From the beginning of the story, we can already tell that he is a belligerent and that he practices the code of honor (whatever that is). He was willing to sacrifice himself to save his great deal and the kingdom. I think he is also wise as t he king. He didnt fight the soldier who was trying to kill him, instead, send him off saying He has a story to tell. But the protagonists also guide some poor qualities. For one, he didnt think of the consequences when he gave in to Grendels mothers advances. He also lied to king Hrothgar and his people when he told them that he killed Grendels mother. He did all that just so that he could have wealth and the crown. I also didnt like the event that he took a mistress, when his wife was still there. I think Queen Wealtheow is a wise and beautiful queen, what more could he ask for? Also, I think Ursula, the concubine, didnt really love Beowulf. She was just submitting herself to him because he is of course, the king. I think the historical accuracy was good, the costume and the traditions they even had the right accents.

Analysis Of Empathy And Sympathy
Analysis Of Empathy And SympathyIn relationships, people were around lots found something unpleasant stimulated problem sometimes or needs to be unders alsod by soul, then how to deal with these government agencys. Empathy is the cognitive process of identifying with or vicariously experiencing the haveings, thoughts, or attitudes of new(prenominal). (Verderber, 2004, p. 211). Empathy is an important element in under die harding and maintaining good interpersonal relationships. Therefore, empathy is tried to understand and experience that opposite people experience what is the kindly of understanding. Sympathy and empathy atomic number 18 antithetical, that is change the role of empathy seek to understand each others experience, olfactory perceptioning, thoughts and attitudes. When empathizing, in that location was representative the position of the position has already been converted in another persons place to try understand what is happening to other. But that leave might find it difficult to avoid making judgments when is heed to someone elses problem, it is fail to empathize with others, however, that is also fail to understanding with other. So that have to exactly what must do to listen with empathy and more approaches or how to improving. (Seiler, 2005, p. 150).In the addition, when empathizing, empathy has identified some different approaches that people can use. That is empathic responsiveness, perspective taking, and sympathetic responsiveness. Firstly, Empathic responsiveness is experiencing an stirred up response parallel to another persons actual or anticipates display of emotion. (Verderber, 2004, p. 211). For example, when employer tells employee leave behind lose their job, employee will have experienced empathic responsiveness. Employer should be senses the sadness of that employee, that deeply sad feeling is the feels of employee. The empathic responsiveness approach is the near weak to use, when people have a close or inti mate relationship with other person, they will have a strong relationship bond amongst each other, which can identify more easily with the others feelings, emotion and experiences it along with other. So back to the example, if they have a good relationship among employer and employee, the employer whitethorn know what the employee is feeling. The position of the employer should understands and feelings the employee feel, employer has to empathy the feelings of employee is loses their jobs. Clearly understanding of feelings of employee is a point of a successful employer must be known. So in general, empathic responsiveness is most easily with close person with each other. (Verderber, 2004, p. 211).Secondly, perspective taking is one of approaches to empathy, that defined is imagining yourself in the place of another. (Verderber, 2004, p. 212). That means is with another position of imagination, consider the situation of other, feelings of others is expected, and then assume that other people will feel similarly. For example, imagine if the employer was fires, and is expected to what the experience of their emotions if that is happens, the employer will be feelings same with that employee, then that is exploitation empathizing by perspective taking.Sympathetic responsiveness is the one of approaches to empathy, a feeling of concern, kindness, or sorrow for another because of the situation is the defined. (Verderber, 2004, p. 212). Sympathetic responsiveness is differs with other two approaches before. That is no attempt to experience and understand each others feelings or imagine be in the place of another, however, that is rather focus on emotionally understanding what the speakers has give tongue to and experience feelings of concern, compassion, or sorrow for the that person. (Verderber, 2004, p. 212). For example, if the employer have sympathy and understanding of employee when employee is feels like embarrassed and worried, and also onerous to feels emotions or experience of employee, employer will feels concern and compassion for that employee, relationship for both of them will be create up to each other . So these three approaches will be able to make sinless judgments in the cognitive process of identifying with or vicariously experiencing the feelings, thoughts, and attitudes of another.Beside that, empathizing is hard to communication with other from different culture, especially with strangers. So empathic hearing will break the ability to empathize. Listening skills also is including one of approaches. Listening with empathy occurs when have listened to what someone else is experiencing and seek to understand that persons thoughts and feelings. (Seiler, 2005, p. 149). The most effective way is by listening to feelings of other people to want to hear the voice inside the heart, which try to understand and know what it was, people or things from the perspective of others to feel and reflect these feelings back. (Hybe ls, 2001, p.85). So what is the mental process of empathizing, show respect for the person by actively attending to what the person says concentrate on observing and understanding both the verbal and nonverbal messages, using paraphrases and perception checking to the aid experience an emotional response parallel to another persons actual or anticipated display of emotion, imagine yourself in the place of the person, feel concern, compassion, or sorrow for the person because situation or plight. (Verderber, 2004, p. 215).Furthermore, empathy is as important as element of effective interpersonal communication and the listener also is really important too. And empathy is closely related with a listener task, listeners task have to be redact away their own feelings and prejudices as those of others to listen what they speaker lecture close. Listener must be to do this, listener need to know and understand what the feeling by speakers say out their mind is and listen carefully the speakers say what had happened, and then comforting sympathy or encouragement to help find a solution of the problem. (Hybels, 2001, p.85). Identify the emotions is often the most difficult cave in for listener, listener needs to listen carefully and know what the speaker is really dictum that real meaning. For example, an employee in the matter of unhappy encounter some setbacks, the employee is too excited that wanted to kill the employer. That employee said that apparently has no plans to kill the employer. In the case, it is reasonable to assume that the speaker is feeling fierce. If someone responded to that employee, or someone will try to replace the role of that employee to think, allow that employee to say out what has happened, there might the tragedy will not happen. Moreover, listeners task besides listen attentively, also want to use an empathic-listening response way to reach is through paraphrasing, restating the other persons thoughts or feelings in the words. Ba ck to the example, let the employee say out the tout ensemble story, listener is no need to respond with more or specific, just wants to be listened to, and show the interest and concern if listener listen and look sympathetic, let the employee finish the whole story, and discover other feelings in addition to anger. This response not only helps identify the feelings it also helps find out whether the hearing accurately and shows that is paying attention. A paraphrasing response provides a mirror for the other persons remarks. (Hybels, 2001, p. 86).Again, sometimes listener just listening for peoples feeling and explains how to shed light on the problem. People are feel violate when their subsequently frequently want to vent their feelings, but sometimes just listening is not enough. The last one in empathic listening is to give the person a chance to work out the problem. Empathic listening is includes helping the other person find a way to solve the problem. In the case of tha t employee, the important has to solve the problem. So listener has to use the good attitudes to help that employee and have the ability to help that employee to deal with the problem. To be a good listener is required to taking on more responsibility and rather steering on solution with that employee, also have to try focusing on feeling and listening empathically, so that is the responsibility of a good listener. (Hybels, 2001, p. 87).Therefore, everyone also a different point of view but they only stand at their own angel to see their own view. They are not use the time to assess property it is very easy to make assumptions and reverberate to conclusion. This often leads to misunderstandings, bad feelings, conflict, poor morale and even divorce. Without empathy, people do not feel heard ad understood. So empathy is so important on our daily life. Beside that, empathy also so important in the workplace, if without empathy, people will not thought other persons feeling, thought a nd attitudes, and also including all experience moods, infliction and hurt, joy and sadness. To be a leaders must seriously using the empathy to understand what the person is thinking or feeling by not trying to change or amend, and empathy to solve the problems, understand what the person think or feel, people feel valued, they will feel safe. For the example, when the employees feel value, they are feeling safe. So that indicates employees are more productive when they are feel valued. In the following, we have to choose to improve, to care, to get out of own way, and to bridge the gaps between-generation, cultures, religions, socioeconomics, etc. So empathic can help to manage and avoid disruptive and assault behaviors. The 5 simple steps have provided the speaker with that undivided attention. That is one time multi-tasking will get in the trouble Second, Be non-judgmental, maximum or rise up the speakers issue Third, read the speaker, observe the emotion behind the words. Is t hat the speaker afraid, frustrated, angry or resentful and respond to the emotion as well as the words. Four, be quiet, dont give an immediate reply, often if aloe foe some quiet after the speaker has vented, they themselves will break the silence and offer a solution Last, assure understanding, ask about clarifying questions and restate what the speaker to be saying That is the following these simple steps will place in a better situation for addressing the key issue.Next, is followed by how to improve the empathy skills in interpersonal communication. First, banish to recognize other peoples emotions, empathy is the ability to share in their emotional experience. There are some people who have an easier time observing connecting to another persons emotions, and there is some evidence that some people have a genetic predisposition to being empathetic. For example, understanding emotional states of others will helps deepen their understanding. It helps to create the connections tha t are sharing in the experience. Second is imagine yourself in their position, that is once recognize what the other person feels, empathy requires that feel what are they are feeling. The means you need to put yourself in their position. But it doesnt mean you put yourself in their position in the logical sense of word. There have the ability helps create the connection and the rear end of trust. Third one is listen and accept their interpretation. Emotional intelligence and empathy requires the ability to listen to others and to accept that their interpretation of events, facts, or ideas is true for them. To truly exercise that empathy and that emotional intelligence, there have to be listen without immediately passing judgment on the facts or the meaning of what is being said. They have to accept their interpretation as being valid and worthwhile. That was sped a lot of time trying to change peoples minds and trying to move people from taking no action to taking action. Empathy and emotional intelligence allow to suspend the mind changing until that have built the connection that will allow to work with their point if view. Four is pause between stimulus and response and consider the outcome. Leading others and changing minds means that not only have to exercise these skills with others, and also have to emotions. Before that cans manage the emotions of others, that had to be able to manage their own emotions. One of the most powerful ways to deal with highly emotionally charged events is to simply pause before responding. work pause to decide hoe that response will help or hurt that achieving the outcome that need. Dont focus on the emotion focus on a response that moves you closer to you needed outcome. And the last is use emotions to drive action. Negative emotions to create a case for change and to drive their teams to take actions and positive emotions to build high-performing cultures that believe that by user will be can succeed. In the conclusion, these attributes combine to generate trust and confidence, and they are the foundation of long-term relationships. Remember it is better to learn how to become an empathetic person. Your communication skills will only become better. You social awareness will only become better. Your ability to relate to other people and understand their point of views will become much better. No one says changing is easy, but when you know there is something you need to change about yourself, taking the steps necessary is a good idea

Consequences of Using an Existing Company Name
Consequences of Using an Existing Company NameIn relation to Roy abstracted to name his p degrade along Mini-Mahogany Ltd., the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment could refuse to allow the registration of the afore mentioned business as it could be misleading to the consumers. There is already a company registered in Dublin called Mega-Mahogany Ltd. This minor difference between the names of the two companies could lead some people to become confuse as two companies deal in timber products. One such case that this infringement can be seen is the case ofJacob Fruitfield vs unite Biscuits (2007)Jacob Fruitfield was previously in the Irish mart copeing image Rolls and Cream Crackers when the defendants, United Biscuits (U.K.) Limited, tried to enter the market selling their version of both products. Jacobs want an injunction to stop United Biscuits selling the biscuits using the same name and they were successful. To have the injunction passed, the judge tried a test. H e asked for these tercet statements to be proved either true up or falseThe existence of a reputation or good result in the claimants product including, where appropriate, in a brand name or get-up.The risk of disorderliness between what is alleged to be the anger product and the claimants product.Whether damage to the claimants goodwill by virtue of any such confusion has been established. (Simon McAleese Passing Off)Having then found that United Biscuits were indeed failing on these three tests, Clarke J granted the injunction for to prevent the sale of United Biscuits Fig Rolls on the Irish market as they were too resembling to the Jacobs Fig Rolls.Wrappers of both Jacobs and United Biscuits Fig Rolls and Cream CrackersDifference between document and Articles of standRoy would to a fault need to know that he would need to have a Memorandum and Articles drawn up for his company. Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association atomic number 18 separately very importa nt documents and together they serve as the constitution of a company.A Memorandum is a document which outlines the rules and regulations of the proposed company and its dealings with the exterior world. The Memorandum has the followe features complicatedThe name, address and the office of the company that has been registered. The way the sh are capital of the company has been structuredThe aims and the objectives of the company being set up.The Articles of Association is a document that contains the rules of the company which are used by all employees of the company. This is an internal document and is filed with the Registrar of Companies on Parnell Square, Dublin 1. Some of the major features of the Articles includeThe structure of the companyThe rights of the employees and the voting pattern if neededConduct of Directors meetingsConduct of ShareholdersDifference in the structures of SharesThe main differences that Roy would need to understand between the two documents would be the followingThe Memorandum is also called the Charter of an organisation. This document is a helpful document for future investors as it gives them an insight into how their money will be used by the company. The Articles, however, is the document that allows the structure of the company and the breakdown of the power in the company. The Articles contain all the laws by which the company will adhere to and also the rules that the employees mustiness follow. (Difference Between Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, 2011)statutory Duties imposed on Directors of Irish CompaniesWhen a Director is appointed to a company, they are given a describe of duties which they must follow for the wellbeing of the organisation. Some of these duties are common law duties they are also called Fiduciary Duties. Other duties fall under the heading of Statutory Duties. These duties include the following points avocation to maintain proper books of the company accounts.Duty to prepare the annual accounts of the company.Duty to file the needful documentation with the Companies Registration Office.Duty of disclosure on personal information.Duty to call general meetings within the company.Duty to have an annual audit carried out in the company.Duty to create verbally reports for the members of the company.(Pearse intrust Blog, 2014)Companies can only make loans to the directors of the company for a small number of component and once the loan is fully ownd in the companys accounts. As mentioned in Section 31 of the Companies Act 1990, if the company has given a loan to a director and not followed all the necessary protocols, the director who granted the loan or who received the loan may be held nonresistant for the cost of the loan. The same director could also be liable if the company goes into liquidation. For the director to avoid this punishment, they must follow all steps in that have been outlined in the Companies Act (see appendix). (McNulty, 2014)Direct ors must also disclose any interests they have in the company or in any company associated with the company they work for. Every company must keep a registry of these interests. The keeping of this registry is to avoid any situation where any person may claim that the company was fully aware of the directors interest. Any such failing could result in criminal sanctions and/or the interested shares being void for that director. frosty Charge and Floating ChargeRoy also needs to know about the different types of charges he would face if he needs to take out a loan from the company in the future. Fixed and floating charges are used by companies to secure borrowing. This type of borrowing is typically arranged under the terms of a debenture. Any charge on a companys assets must be recorded at the Companies Registry Office. A fixed charge is a mortgage that is secured on a piece of property owned by the company. These pieces of property could include land or buildings, machinery, shares , copyrights, patents, etc. Whereas floating charges are much easier for a company to care as they can be taken without any specific asset being registered to the company. This means that any stock that the company holds or vehicles used by the company can be charged to obtain the loan. The speciality of the floating charges means that the company can go about normal business, buy and sell its stock, change machinery or vehicles without needing prior permission from the person or organisation they are paying mortgage to. As most borrowing is done with banks, it is these banks that then set the type of charge being applied to the company. Most of the time the bank will put through fixed charges on any asset which the company owns that already has fixed charges on. All other charges are then floating charges. Most banks want more than just this type of guarantee and will often ask the directors of the company for personal guarantees. (Fixed Floating Charges)Personal GuaranteeA per sonal guarantee is a pledge in which an individual agrees to be responsible for the financial obligations of a debtor or a borrower to a lender in the event that the debtor or borrower fails to pay an amount owing under the loan agreement. A personal guarantee signifies that the lender can lay claim to the guarantors assets in case the borrower defaults. It is the equivalent of a signed blank cheque without a date. The guarantee can only be cancelled by the lender, not the borrower. In the event of the guarantors death, normally the lender will not void the personal guarantee but will seek for a new guarantor to fill in the deceased place and continue the guarantee. (McManus, 2011)Bank of Scotland (Ireland) vs Jim MansfieldIn the case of Bank of Scotland vs Jim Mansfield, Bank of Scotland (B.o.S.) granted Jim Mansfield a loan to further his empire at CityWest. Mansfield gave a personal guarantee that the loan would be repaid in full. When Mansfield refused to pay back the money to N AMA, they sought an injunction in the Commercial Court where they successfully win and the court forced Mr. Mansfield to repay the 204m. Mr. Mansfield passed away before he could pay back the loan which now leaves his family liable to repay the fortune.Works CitedCompanies Act 1990. (n.d.). The packaging of both products was strikingly similar to comparable products already available on the Irish market by Jacobs. Jacobs successfully obtained an injunction in the High Court preventing the distribution of the McVitie fig rolls in packaging which was confusingly similar to that of Jacobs. What is the test to be met in determining whether packaging is so strikingly similar that it is in fact passing off? Clarke J set down a three part test to be applied in assessing whether or not there is an action for passing offThe existence of a reputation or goodwill in the claimants product including, where appropriate, in a brand name or get-upThe risk of confusion between what is alleged to be the offending product and the claimants product andWhether damage to the claimants goodwill by virtue of any such confusion has been established.Clarke J specifically considered that the similarity between the two products should be judged, to a significant extent, as a matter of first impression. He statedFirstly I should have regard to the circumstances in which the products are likely to be purchased, the sort of customers who are likely to purchase them, and the amount of attention which, at least the less careful of those purchasers, are likely to apply to their considerations. The competing get ups should be judged as a matter of first impression but also by reference to the type of features which, in all the circumstances of the case, are likely to attract the attention of a purchaser in those circumstances.Having considered the colour combinations, style of lettering and the suggested serving photograph of each of the packaging, he considered thatthe fig roll packaging was extremely similar, but that the packaging on the cream crackers was distinguishable. In deciding whether or not the balance of convenience lay with granting the injunction against the distribution of the McVities fig rolls, the court stated that it was never a presumption that the balance of convenience would lie with granting the injunction and that damages may sometimes be an adequate remedy. Nevertheless, Clarke J held that the balance of convenience in this case did lie with granting the injunction prev enting the distribution of the McVitie fig rolls in packaging which was confusingly similar to that of Jacobs.(Simon McAleese Passing Off)Companies Act 1990(Companies Act 1990)1 Page

The development of Women in India
The develop manpowert of Women in IndiaDr. Raj Kumar acquired his Law degree from Delhi University and PhD from Kurukshetra University. He served Haryana Education Service from 1970 to 1973. He published a 7 mountain series on Women and Indian Freedom Struggle and 15 volume series on Women, Society and Culture. He has contributed a number of articles in historical journals and commemoration volumes. He, justifiably, edited the present produce of various scholars which provides a panoramic survey of women studies, based on latest research. He scrutinizes the berth of women in India during Vedic times-a period of golden era for women and Brahmanic times. He mentioned the factors affecting the effeminate psyche along with womens self-concept developed by Mohan (1988), which revolves around the confidence that woman is a weaker gender and her weakness can be converted into strength for her development by considering the womans basic packs and solicitudes about success and power in this regard. Women are regard in role conflict particularly in the field of work and after marriage. Regarding rural development in India, out of 79% female work in agriculture, 46% are agricultural laborers, 33% are cultivators, and 5% are industrial workers. In Himaachal Pradash- a rural state, women know every designate regarding the field of agriculture and livestock, despite of domestic work. According to 1981 census, 91.3%, out of total working women are agriculture workers against 63.3% of males in the state. Rural development is concerned with multi-sectorial computer programmes handle agriculture dependent upon industrial activities, transportation, commercialization, infrastructure, health and education services. According to world economic profile, women are 50% of the population, out of which official labor force is 30% and those women utilize 60% working hours and receive 10% world income. In Asia, there are a high proportion of women in agriculture. Regarding some determinants of women development, it was mentioned that on the second half of 20th century, first, UN Declaration on Women rights, adopted on 7th Nov, 1967, mentioned appropriate measures for women rights in condition 1-11. Second, World Conference on foreign Womens Year in Mexico City on June 1975 issued a world plan of action and focused on human role of women. Some opposite factors homogeneous education, female health attitude and female economic participation as a determinant of social development as in India female literacy step is 24.8% against the male literacy rate which is 46.89%. ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services) provides additional nutrition, health check-up, medication of minor illness, immunization, nutrition and health education to women and supportive services like water supply supply and sanitation. Asia- Pacific region is also multiform in terms of womens role in the economy because development and womenlabour participation are based on the overa ll female economic activity rates. As well as the participation in modern sector naturally increases with economic development. In India, 90% of women belong to agriculture life so future development of Indian womanhood must be examined in terms of village women. There is need for new cadre of women ICS and their inclusion in local panchayts. The topic women and development has been discussed at several gatherings within UN at congregations of non-aligned countries, governmental and non-governmental meetings. At ministerial conference of non-aligned countries in Lima in August 1975, the ministries of these countries programmed on Mutual Assistance and Solidarity repeated that full development of development nations require maximum participation of women and men in all spheres of national activity. NIEO (New International Economic Order)s cornerstone is the participation of women along with men in the development of country is indispensable for successful development. UN ten for w omen has facilitated the identification and overcoming the impediments to integrate women in society, resulted in the wastage of human resources needed for development. The areas for specific action aimed at the advancement of women are employment, education, health, food, water, agriculture, industry, trade and commercial services, science and technology, communications, hold settlement, community development and transport, energy and environment. There are most unremarkably used sources of energy utilized by women but the sources like coal, oil, gas, hydropower and bio-gas are commonly used in industries so the users can not be easily distinguished by gender. Participation of women in energy conservation requires education, training and consumer selective information in the field of energy. Self-reliance as a development strategy, treat women as an integral part of overall development. Technical (TCDC) and economic (ECDC) cooperation in developing countries should aim at reachi ng the largest number of social groups like women and youth in rural and urban populations equally. By critically analyzing, in the past, women were treated as mere slaves. Though, India is changing politically, economically and socially, at a swift pace. The condition of women is also changing, as they have begun to take their receivable place in idle India by educating themselves, inducing the right of voting and heartedly participating in country development. In 2010 March 9, one day after International Womens day, Rajyasabha passed Womens Reservation Bill, ensuring 33% reservation to women in Parliament and state legislative bodies. In modern India, women have adorned high offices including that of the President, Prime minister, Speaker of the Lok Sabha and Leader of Opposition, etc. The stream President of India is a woman. In the last five years, the Government of India made amendments in law and formed a ministry of social and womens welfare in 1985, while, Article 14 of th e constitution emphasis on the discrimination of gender. In Himachal Pradash, there are a number of welfare organizations besides Manila Mandals is working for the elevated railroad of women in state while other departments are also working for the women development like health, social welfare and family welfare. Regarding ICDS influence, there is decline in malnutrition from 19.1% in 1976 to 7.8% in 1983 and mortality from 15% to 3%. all(a) India Spinners Associations cottage industry gave new life to millions of female workers. Collective self-reliance encourages the transformation of womens position in the world, so that it can become an integral part of each countrys long term development strategy. There is a high rate of womens participation and other stakeholders (e.g. Ministry of Gender, Youth and Community Services) during program formulation. The last few decades have seen a mushroom growth of organizations struggling for women to get their dues, but, how far has this help ed in the improvement of the status of women in the home, in society, in office or in the country as a whole, is lock up a debatable issue. Gender training is still very weak, while, regarding the cultural values women tend to be shy during group meetings. Women have no access to modern machines and other technology. In any program formulation, there is a lack of gender considerations, untrained staff in gender analysis skills, gender-blind budget, and weak business skills among women. All Indian Kisan Movement and All Indian Ryots Association are improving human conditions but few female join them. Muslim womens legal position is better than Indian ones in terms of right to inheritance, divorce, marriage and religious education. For the brass of NIEO, policy of economic independence and collective self-reliance is necessary because lack of progress in NIEO establishment requires that greater attention is paid to the collective efforts and cooperation of non aligned and developing countries. There is no strict implementation of certainty about the right abuses of women. The National evil Records Bureau reported in 1998 that the growth rate of crimes against women would be higher than the population growth rate by 2010. Earlier, many cases were not registered with the police due to the social stigma attached to rape and molestation cases. The Club Culture Essay -- Hip Hop Dancing Cultural Essays
The Club CultureThe club culture-hundreds of thousands of young people across the country, covered in sweat and rhythmically throbbing to a beat- has long been filled with stigmas and stereotypes the idea that hip-hop music is only for people of African descent, or solely for the broken youth as Dale Kleinschmidt, an ex-DJ and amateur break saltationr from Dallas, puts it, has been a common view associated with the hip-hop scene by the masses. Dale got interested in break dancing because, as he says, he wanted to look cool. In the beginning, the idea of being able to break dance was funny to him- he had already been entangled in the dance scene, but he had never been a b-boy, he just DJed. A lot of Dales interest in the dance aspect of the clubs came from his DJing experiences.Dale rattling started dancing when he met up with a group of Hispanic kids- that he had known from the scene already- and discovered that they had formed a break dancing crew. They discrete to take Dale un der their wings. The fact that the Hispanic kids were the ones dancing, and that they were so accepting of Dale- a middle-upper class white kid- says a lot about the falseness of the racial stereotypes intricate in the scene.& its a very embracing culture, says Dale, which a lot of people find surprising, but if you go out there no ones gonna give you puddle for trying& According to Dale, the only people that the club kids typically dislike are the ones that detach themselves from the scene. & say you go to a club and just mold in the back corner, or you just try to hit on girls, thats fine, but the break dancers are probably just gonna look down on you& The thought that a person should interact in any of what Dale calls the fou... ...petitive nature of the scene-but the fact remains that the break dance circles seem to be filled with virile face.Despite the stereotypes I have heard about the hip-hop culture, and the apparently male-dominated scene, after my interview with Dal e I would have to dispel those accusations. Of course there lead be purists as Dale said, and people who believe that they deserve more respect because they have been involved in the scene longer, but in the bigger view, the dance culture seems to be one of the most accepting scenes that exists. If you have a genuine interest in the culture, as in anything, there is no origin that you shouldnt attempt to take part in it. The scene from the beginning was a do-it-yourself scene, and in break dancing there are no rules. confirm out there and do what you want- if you honestly respect the scene you should have no problems.

Attack on World Trade Center :: history
Attack on World Trade CenterTerrorism is the bug of 21 century. Through break history it has appeared in many various ways hijacked planes, ships, trains. But never was terrorism committed in such a terrible way as on Tuesday, family line 11 in New York City. This tragedy affected us all. It was nice Tuesday morning. Everybody were rushing to their jobs in the most beautiful and remarkable city of the world. Planes in the monger were uncouth routine of this city at this time. Manhattan was ready to welcome millions of its residents and tourist. Everybody were going nigh their businesses. There was illusion that nothing can disturb this normal existence. Rapidly, dickens passenger planes, like envoys of terror, crashed into both towers of the World Trade Center. Pieces of debris came down with a terrifying thunder. Screams of terror could be heard through hearts of thousands people from all over the world. Ten minutes later, people all over the world with shocking concern could observe how two highest buildings of the world were collapsing carrying away thousands of open lives. People stood staring in awe at the empty space, which once was the Tenth Wonder of the World. Now, this is unsloped a cloud of dust. Many firefighters and police officers travel into the burning buildings to save innocent lives. At this time they werent thinking about their own lives. I woke up about 9 oclock. As usual I turned on the TV. I saw a terrible image of one tower and a lot of smoke was coming out of it. Still not realizing what was happening, I went to another room to pack my stuff in order to go to college. At this time I was thinking that it was just a regular fire and nothing serious. When I got on the bus I saw unusual commotion among people. I could feel panic and fear among people. I wanted to use my cell phone to call my friend to find out if hes ok, but it did not work. Everybody were talking about the attacks of terrorists, but I never thought that World Trad e Center could collapse, just disappear. I heard that Twin Towers collapsed when I was in my music class. I still could not realize what was happening in NY. I got out from Brooklyn College and I went to Flatbush Avenue. There I saw skies full of black smoke.
