The article seeks to investigate and answer the question of inequality and marginalization in the e ducation sector, especially at PhD level with regard to women and early(a) marginalized groups. The article looks at women as a marginalized group and also looks at African Americans. The authors conclude that the reason why women are few in PhD programs is non because they are marginalized, but because they may be genetically evolved differently from men.
